It doesn’t matter when or where, we are always there for you! Our highly qualified and experienced iE staff members will support and help you and your family during the entire exchange process in both a personal and professional manner. If you have any concerns or problems, please contact us.

Even a well-selected and prepared student can have problems with homesickness or other similar difficulties that can take a toll on both parents and host families. But don’t worry. We are prepared for those situations and we will work together in single or group discussions to work out the best possible solution.

We have a 24-hour emergency hotline where you can reach us at any time.

Furthermore, for each new host family that you refer to iE-USA and who hosts a foreing student this year you will receive an additional $500 discount on your child’s outbound program fee.
